On the brink of our 30th official year in business, Milieu 2000 expanded to Cape Town, where great success has been achieved and new relationships have been built with people from all walks of life.
Over the past 3 years (since 2022) in Cape Town, Milieu 2000 concluded transactions in Blouberg, Milnerton, Parklands, Bellville, and Goodwood. These transactions have ranged from industrial, retail, and office to residential property.
Our head office is situated in Jeffreys Bay, where the business was established in 1993. Since then we have celebrated over 1000 successful sales, a 100% clean audit record, working with individuals and businesses from all over the world, and serving families multi-generationally. In addition, we have also brokered the successful sales of businesses, agricultural farms, and fuel stations.
Cape Town operations are managed by Eon Ferreira (CPP–NQF 4 nr. 59097). Eon is mentored by Johan Ferreira (MPRE–NQF 5 nr. 00135278), the owner and co-founder of Milieu 2000. Timeless principles have been taught and passed down from one generation to the next.
